How quickly does ideen.kollektiv ship?
We typically ship orders 4-5 working days per week , usually from Monday to Friday . In exceptional cases, there may be no shipping on certain working days.
Important: All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Munich . There are no other shipping locations and no additional waiting time due to external warehouses or different shipping sources.
Which shipping providers are used?
Shipping depends on the order and destination region and is handled by:

- DPD
The choice of shipping provider is made internally and cannot be freely selected.
If you prefer a specific shipping provider, please contact our customer service beforehand. We will try to accommodate your shipping preference whenever possible.
