The laser-engraved border line can also be used as a spatial separation within the system. If no border line is needed, the board can simply be flipped over – the back side has no laser-engraved line. Understanding the Drama Triangle and applying it in practice Why we keep getting into the same conflicts Many conflicts repeatedly follow the same patterns—in relationships, at work, or in the family. The Drama Triangle by Stephen B. Karpman describes these dynamics between victim, persecutor, and rescuer very precisely. Often we unconsciously slip into these roles and only realize late how the situation escalates.
