Video Course - Working with the Drama Triangle
€0,00 EUR
Understanding the Drama Triangle and applying it in practice
Why we keep getting into the same conflicts
Many conflicts repeatedly follow the same patterns—in relationships, at work, or in the family. The Drama Triangle by Stephen B. Karpman describes these dynamics between victim, persecutor, and rescuer very precisely. Often we unconsciously slip into these roles and only realize late how the situation escalates. In the video course, you learn to recognize these patterns and better understand why certain conflicts keep recurring.
Understanding the roles – victim, persecutor, and rescuer
Each role in the Drama Triangle follows typical beliefs: the victim feels powerless, the persecutor looks for blame in others, and the rescuer tries to solve problems for others. All three roles avoid responsibility and feelings in their own way—and this is exactly how the dynamic arises. In the course, Christian Browa goes through these roles step by step and shows how to recognize them—in yourself and in others.
Making conflicts visible – with system board and Drama Triangle
The course not only shows the theory but also how you can practically use the Drama Triangle. With the system board, figures, or the wooden Drama Triangle, conflict situations can be made visible and viewed from new perspectives. You can switch roles, recognize responsibility, and discover new possibilities for action. This turns an abstract model into an effective tool for coaching, counseling, and personal reflection.
With Christian Browa through the video course
Christian Browa is a sociologist and systemic coach with many years of experience working with people, relationships, and conflict dynamics. In the podcast "Unsere Jungs," he talks about personal development, role models, and the challenges of modern relationships and families. In addition to his coaching work, he organizes father-son experiences and supports people through important developmental phases of their lives. In his daily practice, he repeatedly encounters typical conflict patterns—exactly the dynamics described in the Drama Triangle. His experience from coaching, counseling, and personal work with groups makes him a particularly authentic and practical guide through this video course.
System Board - The Classic

About the system board
Dividable system board with border line
The system board consists of two wavy parts, which allow a spatial division of the placed figures. The laser-engraved border line can also be used as a spatial separation within the system. If no border line is needed, the board can simply be flipped over – the back side has no laser-engraved line.
Various wooden figures
The various figures and elements were specially designed and made from solid wood. They can be used as desired and can represent different figures such as children, women, men, pets, objects, themes, tasks, problems, or projects. Six types of figures (a total of 28 pieces) have eyes, so a direction of gaze or looking away can be depicted.
Different colors for even more possibilities
The different colors are perfect for representing various personality types (phlegmatic, melancholic, choleric, and sanguine - here in white) or even genders or moods. The colorful figures also have eyes, allowing the depiction of a direction of gaze.
The complete package
Our system board has been completely redesigned from the ground up and is improved with each batch. Every single feature offers possibilities and can be used in a variety of practical ways. For example, the cords can be used as zones, dividing lines, or connections.
