Shipping & Delivery Times
We typically ship orders 4-5 business days per week, mostly Monday through Friday.
Shipping is done with DHL or DPD.
- Germany: usually 1–2 business days
- EU: up to 7 business days
- Switzerland: usually 7–10 business days
The actual delivery time depends on the shipping service provider, the destination, and, if applicable, customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are transparently displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery country and the weight of the order.
Returns within Germany are free. Return costs from other countries must be covered by the customer.

When will I receive my invoice?
Your invoice will be automatically sent to the provided email address 1-2 days after your order.
You don't need to do anything else — the invoice will automatically arrive in your inbox.
Requesting an XRechnung (e-invoice)
We can issue an XRechnung (e-invoice).
