Folding Rule - Team Communication Exercise

The folding rule game is an ideal team exercise to make a continuous improvement process (CIP) tangible and learnable in small teams. Small groups (3-4 participants) are given the task of straightening out a folding rule bent at each corner, equipped with checker figures on each joint, without the figures falling off. The whole thing can be organized as a competition with up to three small groups.
