AECdisc® – Potential Analysis including book

Potential analyses measure a person's behavioral potential and the resulting performance potential. They also identify existing development potential that has not yet been fully utilized. The results of the potential assessment can be used to derive and plan individual development opportunities.

Potential refers to gifts, talents, and abilities inherent in a person's personality that may not yet be utilized. Analyzing individual potential therefore enables targeted support and further training measures.

In order to make personal potential visible, the AECdisc® Potential Analysis is a prognostic and structured procedure from personnel diagnostics.

Building on the proven AECdisc® methodology, the AECdisc® Potential Assessment is based on an online questionnaire developed by psychologists. The questionnaire's responses are used to analyze various personal characteristics and behaviors. Completion takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

The analysis of personality can be understood as an actual analysis of existing potential.
